2. DATA WE COLLECT

The inquiry form may collect the organization name, your name, business e-mail address, inquiry type, the decision problem you describe, information you voluntarily provide about available evidence or data categories, the outcome you are seeking, and your consent confirmation.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, health information, confidential business data, regulated datasets, or other sensitive information through the public form.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The information is used to receive, assess and respond to inquiries about ADIE, including potential demonstrations, research collaboration, strategic partnerships and possible enterprise pilots.

Processing is based on your request and consent when you submit the form. Where a discussion develops toward a potential contractual relationship, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing by contacting the address above; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

4. FORM PROVIDER AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

The public inquiry form uses Formspree as the form-processing provider. Form data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree and may be delivered to the controller by e-mail. Formspree states that its services are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States and that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a data processor for GDPR-related transfers.

Formspree's own privacy, security and retention practices also apply to data processed on its systems. You should review Formspree's current policies for further details.

5. RETENTION

ADIE will retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and, as a general rule, for no longer than 12 months after the inquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required for legal, contractual, dispute-resolution or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Formspree may maintain its own submission history according to the account plan and its current service terms. Deletion from ADIE-controlled records does not by itself delete a copy retained by a service provider where separate deletion is required.

6. SHARING

Personal data is not intended to be sold. It may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the inquiry channel, including Formspree and relevant e-mail infrastructure, and may be disclosed where required by applicable law.

7. YOUR DATA-PROTECTION RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, request data portability where applicable, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

8. SECURITY AND DATA MINIMIZATION

The inquiry form is intended only for initial business contact. The public ADIE website does not expose the private ADIE administrative API through this form. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, so users should submit only information necessary for the inquiry.

9. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

This notice may be updated if the inquiry process, service providers or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL.
